Livermore Community Mourns The Death of Dr. Robert Barnett
Barnett died Friday, Sept. 6 in a car accident.
As news of the death of a local pediatrician spread throughout Livermore and the Tri-Valley, residents shared memories and warm thoughts.
Dr. Robert Barnett, 59, of Dublin was a Livermore pediatrician with Kaiser Permanente. Barnett was killed on Sept. 6 when his car drove under a tractor-trailer.
"He always went the extra mile to make sure my kids health was taken care of, gentle, kind hearted, truly genuine. This is a huge blow to lose him" one reader said in the comments section of the initial article.
