Local crack down on illegal use of DISABLED PLACARDS

Let's have LPD crackdown on illegal disabled placard use.

Where are the spots it town for illegally use of placards? The ones I see almost every days are at the main post office and in front of both Safeway stores as well as Home Depot and Lowes.

What will it takes for LPD to go out and confiscates the placards that are being used illegally and to give a citation to those who use thems illegally?
