Here's information provided by the Alameda County Public Works Agency:
The Alameda County Public Works Agency will be replacing the reflective centerline pavement markings between the Livermore city limits at Dalton Road and the Vasco Road Landfill. Motorists should expect traffic delays on Vasco Road on Wednesday, Sept. 12, Thursday, Sept. 13, between the hours of 9 a.m. and 3 p.m.
During this roadwork, one-way traffic control will be in effect. Warnings signs will be put in place and a pilot vehicle will guide motorists through the work area. When travelling through the construction and detour areas, motorists are advised to exercise caution and adhere to all traffic regulations.
This schedule may be altered if weather conditions are not conducive to replacement of centerline reflective pavement markers. Any changes to the construction schedule will be noted on the Public Works Agency website at www.acgov.org/pwa.
