Reiki Training I

Reiki is a hands-on healing modality that supports balancing the body,
mind and spirit. Reiki, pronounced ray-kee, means “universal life
energy”.

Reiki energy is transmitted through the Reiki
practitioner from a universal energy source to the client to raise or
improve the flow of the client’s ki, or life-force energy.  Receiving
Reiki is relaxing, renewing and supports the elimination of stress and
pain.  It is also beneficial to the practitioner giving treatment.
