First class FREE to anyone new to Livermore ZUMBA with Jeanné! If you have never taken a ZUMBA class before, don’t worry it’s not a prerequisite. Teaching all-level ZUMBA for over two years in Livermore Jeanné makes the workout fun, easy to follow, and a complete cardio blast. Get ready to burn an average of 600-1000 calories in a 60-minute class. Just focus on your feet first and then add in your arms, in no time at all you’ll be drenched in sweat and enjoying it like no other workout. You’ll find the movement/rhythms get easier and easier to follow especially the more regularly you attend class!
Jeanné is one of few instructors in the East Bay who offers both ZUMBA and specialty ZUMBA Toning classes regularly. ZUMBA Toning is ZUMBA with light weight maraca style weights that help you tone and tighten target areas.
