Join us for a great morning workout which includes a bit of everything yoga, pilates, weights, aerobics, dancing...and lots of laughs!! Workouts change week to week depending on how sassy I feel, but they are always lots of fun. They are amenable to a wide range of fitness levels with modifications to increase or decrease difficulty level.
Free daycare available. Bring hand-weights and a towel or yoga mat if you have them.
