offering a BRAND NEW, Fresh and Fun Cardio Toning Class Called Pound. Rockout. Workout! This program isn’t offered anywhere in the Tri-Valley area!! Classes
start on Monday, July 8th!
Pound is a full-body cardio jam session, combining
light resistance with constant simulated drumming. The workout fuses cardio,
Pilates, isometric movements, plyometrics and isometric poses into a 45-minute
series. Burn between 600 and 900 calories per hour, strengthen and sculpt
infrequently used muscles, and drum your way to a leaner, slimmer physique –
all while rocking out to your favorite music! Pound combines easy to follow
(and not complex) cardio moves with strength training and drumming. This combo
works the entire body, raises the heart rate to a fat-burning zone, and forces
each move to be as precise as a basic beat.
FIRST CLASS IS FREE!
OTHER CHANGES: We are also adding a 9am class to the
schedule and shifting our evening schedule by 30 min. so Boot Camp will now
start at 630pm instead of 6pm.
