Women Working Out!

Hi, my name is Jessica and I am enthusiastic about working out! 

I would like to create a supportive environment for women to have fun in while getting into shape. You will get Plyometrics, core-balancing movements, double-triple body combination movements, some pilates, cardio. Low weight, high rep, but you will always go at your own pace! I time everything! You are only pushed to YOUR own limit! 

You will receive motivation, support, experience and accountability from me! Please contact me to set up a meeting and your first free 30 minute session. Bring friends and you will get your second group session half off. 

I have been training women for over four years now and I love it. I previously worked at a fitness studio that specifically trained women.
