A new pizza parlor will be cooking up dishes next week in downtown Livermore.
Patxi's Pizza will open its doors on Monday at its restaurant at 2470 First St.
The eatery features Chicago-style deep dish pizzas.

The restaurant chain started in 2004 in Palo Alto. It currently has nine locations in the Bay Area and Colorado.
