So Good...So Sizzler! So Livermore?

Restaurant chain plans to open five new restaurants in the Bay Area, and Livermore may be a suitable location.

Sizzler, known for its endless salad bars and low-priced meals, may come back to town, according to a report from the Wall Street Journal.

Well, sort of.

While no official sizzlin' news on new locations has been announced, Livermore is mentioned in the WSJ report as an ideal city the company would like to invade. Details from the report here:

Sizzler is targeting high population areas that also have daytime workers nearby, such as Fremont, San Jose, Union City, Milpitas, Pleasanton and Livermore, though it hasn't made final decisions on where the restaurants will be. The chain is also remodeling existing restaurants in Santa Clara, Hayward, Pinole, Auburn and Sacramento.
