Livermore Toyota On Schedule

Things are on schedule for the opening of Livermore's newest car dealership.
Livermore Toyota is vying to open its doors to drivers in Livermore this month, according to the business' website.
The new car dealership will be located at 6200 Northfront Rd. in Livermore and will have a workforce of 150 once hiring is completed, says Livermore Economic Development Specialist Theresa De La Vega.
According to city documents, the new dealership will be located on 16.3 acres of land between Northfront Road and Pleasant Avenue and will include:
- 18,000-square-foot showroom
- 81,000-square-foot service department
- 8,000-square-foot detail/car wash building
- 424 parking spaces
- 652 car display/storage spaces.
"Livermore Toyota opening its doors in Livermore translates into more jobs and an increase to both the property and sales tax," says Livermore Community and Economic Director Stephan Kiefer. "These are all positive things."
According to the original site plans, an area within the dealership labeled as cafe is also part of the project.
Sully's Cafe, the cafe inside the dealership is also hiring.
