Robert Monroe's work "Far Journeys", goes well beyond the limited public USAF studies on OOBE's induced through high-g tactical maneuvers. Nearly 25% of the pilots experience OOBE under laboratory conditions. Monroe reports studies in far greater depth. "Far Journeys" http://dc-designs.org/pdf/Robert%20A.%20Monroe%20-%20II%20-%20Far%20Journeys.pdf ...for example, reports on thousands of OOBE's. In one controlled test of about 400 volunteers, 85% reported (a number that kept recurring in all their tests) the experience as most favorable when it occurred. And there in lies the problem for our Air Force. Pilots pass out during high-G maneuvers, and find themselves outside the aircraft, perhaps sitting on the wing, watching some person inside the cockpit. Or worse yet, they may find themselves casting a fly into the calm water of their favorite fishing hole, not even concerned about returning to physical awareness. It's complicated and Monroe walks the reader through his own, many journeys. The interesting aspect from a scientific point of view, researchers believed they filmed visual energy patterns like heat waves rising above hot asphalt, exactly leaving Monroe's physical body at the same moments Monroe experienced the OOBE's. So, go figure. Something visual and recordable is apparent.

Monroe spent several months seeking doctors' opinions as to whether he might simply be losing his mind, when the OOBE's first onset in his early 40's. Finally one older doctor explained to Monroe, he's not crazy, that was Monroe's own limited Western cultural perspectives he was needlessly concerned about, that Eastern philosophies and religions, are broadly experienced on the subject. Few people in the 1950's when Monroe was in his early 40's, realized the entire western hemisphere had for some 20,000 years held and developed native shamanic practices that their spiritual tribal leaders had perfected based on OOBE's on demand. In deed, a requirement as a condition of office not only demanded some two decades of apprenticeship in holistic medicine of tribal knowledge, a shaman, just as Monroe was developing, was required to be knowledgable in OOBE's, alternate realities, godly wisdom and insights, even an ability to look into the future. This status was often known to tribes as "being a man of knowledge." As far as Western man was concerned, in the 1950's Monroe knew that here in the USA he would be seen simply as a freak of some occult practice, not a scientific sojourner committing resources into developing his research lab which today is a nonprofit worth millions. But the US Army had a different plan .... more to follow

His words found their mark in me. The seeming visitation of an aspect of God in my dream, interpreted through my obvious cultural lens, was nothing short of a numinous, transformational life experience. "You've got to know your question" in life, the old Master Sargent yelled. Now it all makes sense. What you seek you find. The above is a combination of true events, comprised of dream experience: https://sites.google.com/site/peaceandconflictresolution/toseektruthandnothingmoredream ...and the words given to Joe McMoneagle* * Books of Joseph McMoneagle, including "The Stargate Chronicles, Memoirs of a Psychic Spy", "Memoirs of a Psychic Spy" - Doh! Yes I bought the same book twice because the titles were different....., "Remote Viewing Secrets". Joe put his life on the line for me as true man of honor and patriot and I believe every word he writes in these pages. Plus I've seen him at work and know what he can do. Main stream science won't even look at his documented evidence. Joe was Remote Viewer #001 for the US Government. Joe's YouTube Video interviews are easily located on any web search as well.

Dream Group Exploration work seems to enable me to confront, penetrate, and dissemble the energies of war. As a vet myself, I've learned through dreamwork focus how to beat the elites at following their own hegemonic demons. Engineering World War III http://tinyurl.com/9k947qq The Five Types of War… When Report From Iron Mountain was written back in the sixties, its authors went so far as to study whether substitutes could be developed for war but – alas – they surmised that war had to be maintained, even improved in its effectiveness. War could, however, take on unexpected and more subtle characteristics. The Report’s recommendations included: - A giant space-research program whose goal was largely impossible to achieve (a black hole, budget-wise and hence able to feed the economy); - Invent a new, non-human enemy: the potential threat of an extra-terrestrial civilisation - Create a new threat to mankind: for example, pollution - Implement new ways of limiting births: via adding drugs to food or water supply - Create fictitious alternate enemies The challenge for "Peace And Conflict Resolution . Org"  http://tinyurl.com/463w52s.  ...is always to find nonviolent ways to war, while maintaining the sovereignty of our individual personal freedom and liberty.

How absolutely beautiful and empowering to feel the joy in these pictures. http://tinyurl.com/98re8md I just set down my dream diary after writing down and experiencing a rare and hilarious comedy skit of dance humor with Fred Astaire no less. Fred dances across the crowded bar room floor in a surprise appearance to the delight of everyone as we stand aside to give Fred room to perform. The comedy lifted our hearts as his costume equipment (a leg long boot is on backwards) and he pretends to be trying to fix it in time to the music as he dances and sings. In 70 years I don’t remember ever laughing myself awake as I did this morning. Something special’s happening. http://tinyurl.com/98re8md

Presidential Debate Insomnia? That's what happens when you watch tv during the "crazy season" and you never hear something nice about anything. The tension mounts and you find yourself awake all night long. There are some natural ways to relax. Try not watching tv or computer screens at least an hour before you lay down. Start dimming the lights through out your space at least 30 minutes before bedtime. Go outside and look up at the night sky and watch it for 5 minutes holding your pet about 30 minutes before bed. Tell yourself it's okay if I don't sleep but when I next sleep I'd like to dream about.... and then think on what you might like to dream on. Make a little ritual about going to bed. Steps 1, 2, 3 etc. See the post above here for more suggestions on natural means to improve sleep: http://livermore.patch.com/events/dream-group-exploration#comment_4599364 Keep a dream diary. Join a dream group. See you there :-)

From ...from Oct 31st dream log:  http://tinyurl.com/atbdwug Dream interpretation continued: The drunk made himself understood by ramming the forklift into the attic of my office building located at the piers. I need not extend the courtesy of prefacing the following dream interpretation to the group by saying "If this were my dream."  I've come to know this particular dream-guide character of the drunk. He's appeared twice in my life during dreams so far, each time serving as a humorous role, by with serious import.  Four archetypes have appeared.  (1) The "attic" where important aspects, memories and emotions of one's higher-self are stored. The drunk was not content to sit in my office and sober up. He wasn't there for his benefit, and would not be ignored. As soon as I turned my back on him, he's off to the mischief of showing me where to focus my attention, on my attic of the higher-self. My attic seem well lighted and in full use. The occupants seemed used to being disturbed in their work.  End Part 1 of 2

From ...from Oct 31st dream log:  http://tinyurl.com/atbdwug Dream interpretation continued: (2) The "water front docks in the inner harbor" location of my dream-office, where the insights and infinite possibilities of the great oceans of the world extend their reach into the safe, calm, inner protected harbor for unloading cargo. These are the symbolic contact points for the higher conscious self on the safety of the land and docks to examine whatever the subconscious-self of the vast ocean of infinite possibilities chooses for you to explore.  (3) "The drunk." Here he appears as a trickster, by slurring and mumbling his speech to draw me into him up close and personal, making me feel sorry for his condition and a little fearful of his massive staggering size, when it is he who is in control at all times, by directing my attention exactly into the symbolic attic. (4) "The Cargo Ship" a vehicle that safely navigates the sometimes dangerous, perilous waters of the great oceans delivering to you safely, that which you need and/or seek. This dream I think was a simple status report. It was saying, .... "Look Rich, an aspect of your life has been reached; look up here in your attic! See, it's well lighted. You are able now to handle intrusions, so build yourself a door into your attic right here, where this 18' x 4' vent used to be. You now have access to this realm when you need it, right here at this vent." Enn Part 2 of 2

....Your deeply personal answer must emote from within yourself. Once it has, it will alter your entire perspective on everything thereafter:.... Received This Question: "Hi, In the past year or so, I have questioned God. I work with a couple of very scary people who are more fanatic than Christians. I won't go into it but it has made me question if God is really this, and, do I want to be a part of that. I have not ever really questioned my belief before but have been doing so lately. I am new to this, but really am trying to find my way. Thanks " Bravo Dear ____  Questioning "God" is a 24/7/365 process for every being I've ever encountered, even our atheist friends.  I've experienced that such questioning often serves one to look inward and ask essential questions, which over time, extracts answers I sought.    There is an old gate we seem eventually to reach if we follow the path of seeker; you appear to be walking upon that path: "You've got to find your question in life." ... Your "question in life" is the doggedly determined answer to what is it you really seek?  End of Part 1 of 2
Rich Buckley December 14, 2012 at 10:51 PM
Your deeply personal answer must emote from within yourself. Once it has, it will alter your entire perspective on everything thereafter: relationships, your sense of compassion, sense of purpose for even the most menial of life roles, fearlessness, courage to just be your own person, synchronicities in encountering others that harmonize with your realized purpose for life and a heart felt love-energy emanating from you that somehow reaches through to those you encounter.  How does this process work? How will you know when you find "your question"?   Try this. As you bed down at night state to yourself this thought or something similar: Please guide me in my dreams to understand what it is I need to learn in this life. Help me find those answers. You don't have to believe in any particular notion of God to explore this process. The key is to just ask and keep asking each night, even as you may feel you are only mentally talking to yourself. It's the heart felt wanting to discover that matters. The more desperate you really are to "resolve finding your question," the more revealing the experiences tend to become in bringing forth your answer.   Then keep a dream log. Write down your dreams. Dream experiences often opens the door to deep self-understanding when you just do it. Here is an example:  http://tinyurl.com/b8k2qcu  Ignore "fanatics instructing you what to believe and how" and instead trust your own intuitions and love based instincts.

Lucid Dreaming Research Reveals Locus of Meta-Consciousness in the Brain http://tinyurl.com/cw3wnr2 An interesting patch article by by David Jay Brown  He reports three best tests for Lucid Dream awareness: "....The three best tests that I know of for determining if I’m in a lucid dream, which have been confirmed by others, are as follows.  (1) Look at some written material in a book or on a piece of paper. Then look away and look back. If you’re dreaming, the text will have changed, every time.  (2) Turn off a light switch. In a dream, the light in the room will remain on after the switch has been turned off.  (3) Try to fly. This may take some effort at first, but if I’m dreaming I can always manage to become airborne with several leaps into the air. ..."

Amber Case's comments (featured on TED) .... that the best technology "gets out of the way" and let's humans be more human struck a cord with me for experiences I've been suggesting people to watch for over the past decade: You can use the internet to validate your own personal dream revelations. This goes deep with life altering consequences. http://www.ted.com/talks/amber_case_we_are_all_cyborgs_now.html By simply researching your dreams on line you can sometimes experience personal revelations of real world facts, facts you know you never consciously held before the dream.  Such specificity implies the existence of a universal field or source of cosmic knowledge and/or universal consciousness.

Dream research now enables us to plot graphic dream-scapes based on extensive computer matching to plotted electrical activity in the brain. Research subjects, wired to electrical circuitry graphs of the brain are awakened and asked to explain exactly what they are dreaming. The results are then tied to specific brain electrical patterns which are then computer stored. http://tinyurl.com/cfwp36q
