Livermore Wine Pairing to Perfection

Rodrigue Molyneaux gives us a taste of their palate pleasers.

One of Livemore's favorite family run Italian wineries looks to charm locals with the three Rs by creating a relaxed, rustic and romantic wine country environment.

In this week's , shows us how Rodrigue Molyneaux Winery is bringing together several unlikely pairings to create a one-of-a-kind wine tasting experience.

FLAVOR INFLUENCES IN WINE CLASS
  — Saturday and Sunday
For Wineaux Wine Club members. Come to a class and learn about tasting wine as well as what influences the flavor of wine. This class is taught by certified sommelier Lindsey Roffey. Taste wines from around the world. Learn how climates and altitudes affect wines, as well as different vintages. Taste different winemaking styles in a bottle. We will be tasting 15 to 20 bottles of wine. Class will be $30 to $40 to cover the cost of wine.

LE VIN AU JARDIN AND WINE DISTRIBUTION DAY
DATE: June 4
Come out and celebrate at Le Vin au Jardin (Wine and Garden Party). We will be celebrating the release of our new brand, Chateau Molyneaux. We will have music by Les Farrington of Pleasanton. Executive Chef Tracy Flores will provide elegant French food. Walk around the garden and sample food at two stations and enjoy the music. Each paid guest gets a garden map that incorporates the smells and tastes of the garden in a glass of wine. $10 per person, Wine Club members free.
