The East Bay SPCA in Dublin opens their doors to host the largest rabbit adoption event in the Bay Area the first Saturday of the month. Join us Saturday, Nov 6, from 11-4 pm to meet the bunnies.Many people buy small animals at pet stores because they are unaware that they are available at shelters and rescue groups. With 5 rescue groups from all over the Bay Area and 50 to 75 bunnies participating at this monthly event, the SPCA is giving the public the opportunity to adopt a rescue. At any one time there are hundreds of rescue rabbits looking for homes.It's time to treat rabbits and other small animals with as much love and respect as dogs and cats. Rabbits live 8 to 12 years and require the same commitment as a dog or a cat. Shelters are overflowing with rabbits this weekend; this is the perfect time to adopt. Come and find the bunny of your dreams. All the rabbits are spayed/neutered, socialized and ready for a loving forever home.
