Announcing the launch of "Art Happens"
Every 2nd Thursday, 5:30-8 p.m, Art Happens in Various Downtown Livermore Locations
Art Happens the second Thursday of each month in several downtown locations, two of which are only open to the public during the event, for an evening of art exploration and making, from open studios and art exhibitions to intros to ceramics painting to make-it and take-it sessions.

- Artistic Edge at Blacksmith Square, 21 So. Livermore Ave., new art celebration each month
- Art Glass Studios, 174 So. L St., Make It and Take It with reduced fee, with guest artists and demos,
- Bothwell's Downtown Art Studios, 62 So. L St., Open Studios and Featured Artist Exhibitions rotating monthly
- Figurehead Gallery, 2222 2nd St., Stes. 20-21, Gallery Viewings, Meet the Artists Nights, Drawing Lessons
- Firehouse Art Studios at the historic Old Firehouse, corner 1st and McLeod Streets (directly across from the Bankhead Theater) - open studios and meet the artists
- Wild Vine Wine Bar & Lounge, 2187 First St., 6-7:30 pm receptions for exhibiting artist(s)
- Cafe Art, 1764 First St., learn new ceramic painting techniques with reduced fees
