Massa wrote, via Livermore Patch Facebook:
"Springtown traffic control... Every morning you can find Oscar, our neighborhood Turkey directing traffic in the middle of Bluebell Dr. near the intersection of Bluebell & Sunflower. Please drive safe and slow down, Oscar doesn't always know to get out of the way!"
