LPFD Mutual Aid

 As a life long Livermore resident I am alarmed at the apparent correlation between the amount of mutual aid give by LPFD to (non-city) areas and the longer response times apparent in this report.    Seems when the number of mutual aid responses go up the percentage of response times within the City in 7 minutes goes down. Is our City being taken advantage of by this agreement?
