We are having a very active real estate market this December in Livermore! Since December 1, 2013, there have been 31 new listings, 21 homes have gone pending and 23 homes have successfully transferred ownership to the buyer!! (sold)
Many of the 21 pending homes have had multiple offers. I suspect that many of these buyer's scramble to get in before the anticipated interest rate increase that is suspected for 2014. The inventory in Livermore is also at a record low which is creating more interest per home.
