Denice's Real Food Restaurant... Coming soon!

Attention Denica and James,
if my termination was in person, you would have afforded to me the opportunity to state my comments, therefore, I will "SPEAK OUT" in this open forum.
I'm not shock that you've decided to terminate my employment, after our last conversation on September 3, 2013, it was your intent to set the stage for today by having a bullying session of the word "b-ll sh-t" as a common phrase throughout our conversation describing how I was the direct cause for your one star yelp reviews.
Today you didn't have the decency to terminate my employment personally demonstrates the lack of respect and how quick you both can become double minded about the managers you hire.  I'm not sure about the other three managers I observed you terminate/resigned, but for myself I gave you 100% plus everyday.  I worked a minimal 10 hrs everyday and last week when you said I had to work six days this week I agreed with no hesitation.  Tuesday was suppose to be my off day, but when Joe became sick I covered his shift.  I asked you if I could take Friday off and your response was "only if I felt the restaurant will be ok without me.  I was going on my eighth day of working 10+ hours a day and when I came back to work today you terminated me.
You're aware that I'm a single mom and I need to take care of my kids as well as work.  I shared with you that my dad died on Labor day Monday and you never offered me time off, but made me feel bad when I asked can I take Friday Sept 6, 2013 off after working eight straight days.
I was hired on June 8, 2013 and my first week you both went on a vacation.  A few weeks later you terminated Robert your first General Manager to ever manage your restaurant,  a few weeks later you hired Patrick another General Manager who lasted one week.  A few weeks later Jose a Kitchen Manager resigned, because he did not have a social security card or a valid ID, but he worked months before I asked him for his ID to give to you for insurance purpose.
You hire all of your General Mangers without a job description or a plan, but depend on our past experience to manage Dublin and with plans to open Walnut Creek or Livermore.  I have over 20 years of General Managers experience with opening new stores with Starbucks, Jamba Juice, Peets Coffee and Specialty's Café & Bakery.  I have never been terminated and I'm not a disgruntled employee my faith is in God and I know God will bless me with another job.
Just last week you both assured me last that I would be with you for a long time James said I was stellar and Denica said I added value to her and the restaurant.  I was treated unfair and terminated based on one star yelp reviews and comments you received from Joe the current General Manager.  Every time you hire a new General Manager you become double minded about your current GM based on the comments you receive from the new GM.
I really enjoyed working with the people at Denica's I had fun with all of them and if you had taken the time to listen to your key people as you stated I should spend time with, you would have learned we had already bonded and it was Joe's negative comments which caused you to be double minded towards me.
Denica, I really respected you not only as my boss, but as a sister I admire all that you have accomplished and I wanted to support your growth.  It's really sad that you allowed people who were not your "key people" to terminate my employment.  I encourage you to go have conversations with your key people and you will see that you made a huge mistake on today!  Customers come first and that's what I did I took care of your customers from my heart every day and I also took care of your key people; Eva, Catalina, Santos, Daniel, Paige and Chelsi.
My termination letter states we had a conversation today, for the record it was not a conversation on today, you hid behind another General Manager who has only been with you for two days to hand me my final check and termination notice.
Sincerely & Respectfully
~Ms Deborah
