The currently unused bridge as you travel west on Los Positas Blvd between Target and Kohls, would make an ideal overpass for the children of Springtown, pedestrians and cyclist who currently must risk the treachery of the Springtown or Vasco overpass. Fiscally appropriate, human safety vs ?
