AAA offers free rides home with its "Tipsy Tow Home" Program on New Year's Eve from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. You don't have to be an AAA member to take advantage of this community service. Just call 800-222-4357 and tell the operator, "I need a Tipsy Tow" and a truck will pick you up and tow your car home.
