UPDATE: All Lanes Reopened on I-580 in Livermore

A sig-alert was issued Friday morning on eastbound Interstate 580 at the North Flynn Road off ramp after an overturned truck blocked multiple lanes.

Update 8:30 a.m. — CHP reports sig-alert has been lifted and all lanes have reopened.

A sig-alert has been issued on eastbound Interstate 580 at the North Flynn Road off ramp, just east of Greenville Road, due to an overturned truck blocking multiple lanes, according to the CHP Traffic Incident Information Page.

The sig-alert was issued at 6:13 a.m. and it appears the overturned vehicle — a double-trailer gravel truck — lost control in the rain, according to KTVU.

Meanwhile, all lanes have been cleared from an earlier accident on I-580 at I-680 in Pleasanton following an overturned big rig that spilled oil on the road.
